NYC WRITERS CAMP CUSTOMER PRODUCT & SERVICE AGREEMENT
Please read the following carefully from beginning to end. In order to qualify for a refund, you must follow the important procedures outlined below:
Request for Refund
I understand all sales are considered final five business days from date of payment received. Should I request a refund on or before five business days from the date of sale, I will supply written notice of said request (email is acceptable) to email@example.com at Front Rowe Seat Communications.
I understand there will be no consideration or authorization for a refund without meeting all the requirements and conditions outlined above and all cancellations and refunds must be authorized by Front Rowe Seat Communications.
I understand upon approval of my refund request payments made to Front Rowe Seat Communications under this written contract of sale will be refunded within fourteen business days.
Date change notice periods for Front Rowe Seat Communications products only
I understand that if I purchase live training and agree specific date/s with Front Rowe Seat Communications and wish to change this date/dates the following terms apply;
0-14 working days’ notice = 50% charge of original purchase price
7-21 working days’ notice = 15% charge of original purchase price
All date change requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes outside of this timeframe will not incur any charge.
I understand that if am in excess of ninety-minutes late to the live training on a date previously agreed with Front Rowe Seat Communications I will be unable to attend that specific training day and will need to book on for a later date.
No show fee
I understand that if I fail to attend a date for live training previously agreed with Front Rowe Seat Communications I will incur a no show fee of 75% of the original purchase price.
If you sign up to a payment plan you are contractually obliged to pay in full if you have not requested a refund within the specified timescales above. You must ensure that your payments are up to date before the training commences. If you fail to do this, by signing this agreement you give your permission for Front Rowe Seat Communications to automatically take any outstanding payments without the need for your authorization using the payment details we have for you.
